Kari Lake's evidence regarding illegal L&A testing is damning. The information is verified via log files obtained through public record requests, court filings, and publicly available live footage. There's absolutely no way to avoid the fact that Maricopa violated the law.

On October 11th Maricopa claims they TESTED and PASSED all machines via statutorily required L&A testing. In reality, they only tested 5 "SPARE" machines that were NOT used on election day! On October 14th-18th, Maricopa County with NO party observers breaks the tamper resistant seals on ALL of the machines, removes the memory cards, installs new software on ALL of the machines, and proceeds to conduct unauthorized testing of the machines. 260 machines failed, yet they used them on election day anyway!

The real problem here is that Judge Thompson claimed that Lake had “narrowed her complaint to that of Reyes.” He bases this off of one paragraph from Lake’s response to the defendants motion to dismiss. Reyes is a prior election challenge which claimed the recorder conducted NO signature verification conducted whatsoever. I don’t believe that Lake intended to bring a claim under Reyes. She was intending to challenge the validity of the actual signatures. However judge Thompson said that if Lake had issue with the bar that was set, she should have challenged this prior to the trial and apparently she did not. He further states that “She conceded that she was not challenging signature matches for any individual ballots by making a Reyes claim.” But this appears to be based on nothing, other than his OWN interpretation of Lake’s argument. If anything is to be appealed, it’s the fact that the judge forced her to bring a claim under Reyes.

Per AZ Rep Jones: This morning, all 15 AZ counties received a letter from Senator Borrelli informing them that they cannot use machines in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. The legislature has plenary power over federal elections according to the US Constitution. SCR1037 is already in play. (My input: tees up the next big court battle in AZ, and a perfect time to put this out with it hitting the fan in the Lake case).

Again, I don’t do “hopium” - but thanks to the Lake case getting as far as it has, we have literally seen the entire underbelly of how elections are being rigged. If the entire thing getting its day in trial, which didn’t happen for the 2020 election, was a feign at “fairness,” then they had no idea Lake’s team was going to dig up and present so much evidence. This to me is like the scene in Independence Day in which they figure out how to shoot the soda can out of the inside of the alien ship. This wound will continue to fester, will be appealed to Supreme Court no matter what Thompson decides.

I am 99.999999999% sure that judge Thompson will NOT set aside the results of the 2022 election, and that is not the fault of Kari Lake, nor her attorneys. It is the fault of the corrupt judge who placed an impossible burden on Lake... She was asked to prove not just that there was a lack of signature verification in Maricopa, but also that the outcome of the election was changed by this failure to adhere to the law. Unfortunately, Judge Thomspon did not allow a review of the actual ballot affidavits despite the fact that the whole basis of Lake's original complaint was that thousands of bad signatures were illegally accepted. Lake's attorneys were forced to craft an entirely different argument based on the parameters they were given. The fact that the signature verification was rushed is only half of the story... The real story is that the RESULT of the rushed signature verification was that thousands of illegal signatures were accepted.

Saying there are at least 70k votes not verified, is more than enough for any honest Judge to peel open Pandora’s box, and call for a new election… However what this judge asked for, was proof that at least 8,559 votes were in fact flipped from Lake to Hobbs resulting in a false outcome. It’s not the same thing, so anyone’s guess what this judge will do. Spirit of the law and protect the Constitution, or careful games with letter of the law and protect AZ Mafia?

Brian Blehm (Lake attorney) is surprisingly doing a great job right now cross examining Ray Valenzuela. Valenzuela said there were 44,000 early in person voters in Maricopa. These voters do not go through signature verification. By law, they only show their ID. There’s no checking of the signature on file for early in person, because by showing their ID, they are verifying their identity… So, by adding these 44,000 voters into the database, it reflects as a 0 second signature verification and skews the data. What the county is trying to say is that by having 44,000 early in person ballots included in the same data set, it makes the average time it takes to verify a signature look a lot lower than it actually is… At first it appeared that the county punctured a massive hole in Lake’s argument. However, what Brian Blehm just proved is that those 44,000 early in person ballots were not included in the data set… Erich Speckin was smart enough to filter them out. The data reflecting 70,000+ ballots verified in under 3 seconds stands!

One problem I see for Lake is that she is ALSO tasked with proving that a total lack of signature verification would have altered the outcome of the election by a competent mathematical basis. Even if it is proven that no signature verification occurred, we still have to prove that the outcome would have been different. A further inspection is needed, which the judge has not granted.

Judge Thompson is asking Lake to prove that NO signature verification occurred. Logic would tell you that approving 70,000 ballots in under 2 seconds with a 99.87% approval rate means NO signature verification occurred on at least 70,000 ballots. This will all come down to how judge Thompson chooses to define what constitutes valid signature verification.

Our expert witness just testified thousands of signatures were approved at a rate of 99.87% in under two seconds in Maricopa County. This is not humanly possible. It's also not signature verification. This is rubber stamping bad ballots to alter the outcome of our election.
