This happened because the tokens rewarded per block in the UI were calculated based on our testing environment and not the MainNet environment blocks. As a result, all users who staked since the first day have earned more rewards than what was shown in the UI APR%. We updated the front UI to fix the affected numbers and now they show the right amounts. The Tokens Per Block was also adjusted to fit our token emissions plan and APR goals. As more users stake in the pools, the APR will follow a formulaic decrease, consistent with most staking protocols. The value set for Tokens Per Block determines the potential range of emissions. Moving forward, we aim to maintain a sustainable daily emissions rate for the Staking dApp v2 between 8,000 to 9,000 for several years. We appreciate your continued support.

Firstly, users have asked about the difference in rewards between the Staking dApp v1 and v2. As you know we now have two pools. We will always reward more tokens to the “LP pool” to incentivize liquidity and counter any impermanent loss the liquidity providers may experience. We have also included Fleet in the rewards equation which means that we needed to adjust Staking dApp v2 rewards compared to V1. We have a total allocation of 100,000,000 SMCW that can be used for both “Play&Earn” and “Staking dApp v2 (SMCW and LP pools)” and we are going to drive SMCW utility in Fleet and reward players with CROWN. We hope this clarifies any confusion and we appreciate your continued support.
