So in this case you do not have an iota of doubt whether you qualify the CSAT or not. Moderate Attempt ✔️You attempted = 50 Questions ✅ Correct = 37 Questions, Marks = 37 * 2.5 = 92.5 ❌ Wrong = 13 Questions, Negative Marks = 13 * 0.83 = 10.79 Total Marks = 92.5 - 10.78 = 81.71 If you try for 80 marks, you may land up at 70 or in worst case below 70. If at all you are able to attempt around 50 questions, make sure more than 37 are correct and less than 13 are incorrect. Solve them first. As the saying goes "Choose your battles wisely", this is a qualifying examination. Pickup the easier questions and get in comfort zone (45 questions) at the earliest. If you are strong in a section you may go for 22-25 questions by taking 50 minutes. Not more than that. Some questions are inherently lengthy and complex. You can come back to them later if you have time. Don't waste your time in solving them. There are easier questions waiting for you. Go solve them. Divide the paper into two parts. One part is Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning. Solve these questions together. Another part is Reading Comprehension. Solve Reading Comprehension questions in one go.
