BRIEF REPORT on the TRIAL against the German CITIZENS' LAWYER Dr. Reiner Fuellmich. The witnesses confirm his statements. Defense lawyer Dr. Miseré was delayed due to a car breakdown. Tobias Weissenborn was questioned again in detail on today's trial day. PART 2 of the SHORT REPORT from the trial day in the proceedings against civil rights activist Dr. Reiner Füllmich (May 3): THE TRICKY COURT - after it became clear that the loan agreements between Füllmich and the company actually existed and that he was authorized to conclude these agreements, the court changes its prosecution strategy. It says: these were not loan agreements after all.... The goal: a CONDEMNATION AT ANY PRICE. Everyone present in the courtroom seemed shocked, the remarks almost brutal.
