🇭🇺✝️🇻🇦🇷🇴 Hundreds of thousands of Roman-Catholic Hungarians and Szeklers gathered at Șumuleu Ciuc (Csíksomlyo) as part of a yearly pilgrimage for the Pentecost. The pilgrimage gathers yearly between 250-300k Hungarians from all over the world, with many high-ranking Hungarian politicians present usually. They gather and pray jointly at a statue of the Virgin Mary whom they consider as being capable of making wonders. Legend has it that this particular statue saved the Catholic community in Szekler seats of Ciuc (Csíkszek) Gheorgheni (Gyergyószék) and Cașin (Kászonszék) in 1567 from the armies of the unitarian princeps of Transylvania, John II Sigismund Zápolya, who, started as a Roman-Catholic but converted to Lutheranism in 1562 then to Calvinism in 1564 and then to Unitarianism in 1568. John tried to convert the Szeklers to his Unitarian religion but he was met with stiff resistance not only from the Szeklers but other Hungarian nobles, the Lutheran Saxons and Orthodox Romanians which resulted in the 1568 Edict of Turda emitted by the Transylvanian Diet which proclaimed religious freedom and tolerance for the nations of Transylvania. One of few major US politicians not born within the deep state. He oversaw every moon landing under the Apollo program and proposed 1,000 nuclear power plants to maintain America's peak era of cheap and plentiful energy. And most importantly, the last President to seek an America First policy while understanding that Israel can be a detriment to that. The media viciously harassed him for trying to prevent the death of America. The Nixon administration established the modern supply chain through Malcolm McLean. We should be asking ourselves more often why this modern US President, the most popular by far in living memory is only remembered for eavesdropping on blood-sucking leftists? The events that transpired during his Presidency were among the most crucial in the post WWII era and that is why they got rid of him. Nixon opposed the Civil Rights Act and went after their leaders. He had initially secured orderly withdrawal from Vietnam until the Watergate scandal preoccupied his administration. South Vietnam was secure until the Zionist lobby prematurely directed all military aid for Israel's Yom Kippur War which destroyed America's cheap abundance of energy. Nixon did not need to open the doors to Red China, not until bad actors worked to collapse the right wing government in Greece to dismantle their globally important merchant fleets. By no means was he perfect, but he is criminally underrated. He is probably the only other great US President of the 20th century along with Theodore Roosevelt. They have erased his image and the proper country that the US once was. And that is why he is only presented as a satirical cartoon figure in the decades since.
