I recorded my most important video thus far today. 25 minutes of passion and reason. It was a good video. Not good enough, however. It needs to be great. Malicious entities caused me to hurt my elbow a while back. Is it almost all good now, but I must proceed with caution. Therefore, I will shift the focus from deadlifts to squats this autumn. The deadlift is, arguably, the best exercise in terms of unlocking the presence of the Primordial Beast. Heavy squats come in as a close second. Moreover, a stronger squat = a stronger deadlift. And yes, I will most likely embark upon a cycle of the infamous Russian Squat Routine. For the record, my squat PR is 235 kg. Good times!

In the sixth century the Lombards were contemporaneous to the Franks. It is notable that while the Franks converted to Christianity in 496 AD, their traditional fighting styles did not disappear in the following century. In 553 AD, the Frankish army in Italy still included bare-chested fighters without chainmail or helmets as noted by Michael P. Spiedel. This has been linked to the continuation of Wōden worship amongst the largely Christianised Franks or the prevalence of cult customs associated with Wōden continuing after conversion. The sixth century historian Procopius of Caesarea (c. 500-565) noted that, 'Though these barbarians have become Christians, they keep most of their old faith.' Similarly, the historian Agathias (c. 536-582) referred to Frankish warriors being mad and lacking self-control. The idea of mad warriors lacking self-control is associated with later Norse berserkers and wolf-skins, as noted by Snorri Sturluson in chapter 6 of Ynglinga Saga as part of his Heimskringla: 'His (Óðinn's) men rushed forward without armour, were as mad as dogs or wolves, bit their shields, and were strong as bears or bulls. They slew men, but neither fire nor iron had any effect upon them. This is called berserkergang.' A sixth century terracotta plaque discovered in Gresin, France, depicts Jesus as an elite warrior, hair bound up, wearing a necklace and strutting naked. This is an interesting example of the syncretisation process of Pagan and Christian iconography in the Germanic world, as kingship is associated with Wōden along with the position as king of the Gods. Another notable example of this process is seen in the extensive version of Óláfs saga Tryggvasonar as part of the Flayteyarbók where Jesus is referred to as Guðs berserkr ('God's berserker') in chapter 226: Hann var Guðs berserkr, er hann ǫð í gegn ǫllum fjándum sínum ok ruddi þá af Guðs ríki. 'He (Jesus) was God's berserker, as he charged against all his enemies and swept them from God's kingdom.'

A gentle autumn sun, a soft breeze, a beautiful birch – Freya be praised. Location: an Iron Age grave field. Felt absolutely great. I am invigorated! Now I only need some sauna + cold bath and I am back to optimal health 🙏 I must still wait a few days for sauna + cold bath, but I look forward to it.

For the record – earlier this year, I reached new strength heights; 262.5 kg Deadlift + 100 kg Militarypress. So, training hard does, of course, take its toll.

For the record, I am (aside from this year) healthier and sick way less often than during my teenage years. Also, regarding the age aspect. Many younger guys (around 20) have also suffered injuries. For me personally, I have the blood of Númenor, so ageing is not a factor.

To my great horror, Spengler refers to the false anthropological teachings of Franz Boas. Later on he also states the following: “Take a set of men with every conceivable race-difference, and, while mentally picturing “race,” observe them in an X-ray apparatus. The result is simply comic . As soon as light is let though it, “race” vanishes suddenly and completely.” – Decline of the West. Volume II. Page 159. This is false. Although the race science of the early 20th century might be outdated (i.e. the focus on phenotypes), we now know that race is deep and broad. For example, skin colour is actually a minor racial difference – the greater ones are mental (empathy, honesty, intelligence, to name but a few). I find it hard to respect a philosopher who does not acknowledge biological reality. History and humans cannot be explained without taking said biological reality into consideration. Anyway, I will give my final statement about Decline of the West soon.

I see pitbulls on a daily basis. Big difference from only a few years ago. It is not only dodgy-looking owners either, but also normal-looking Swedes who walk around with them. I, greatly compassionate that I am, do not, despite my dislike of the breed, blame them. I simply view this as a symptom of the Gotham Cityfication of Sweden. A Swedish young woman told me that her pitbull is her guardian angel as it deters "Urban Youth" from harassing her. When our societies are safe again, there will be no need for pitbulls. The Spirit of Oswald Spengler visited me, voicing his appreciation of the colour of my tanktop. He explained his appreciation thus: “Blue and green are the colours of the heavens, the sea, the fruitful plan, the shadow of the Southern noon, the evening, the remote mountains. They are essentially atmospheric and not substantial colours. They are cold, they disembody, and they invoke impressions of expanse and distance and boundlessness. Blue and green are transcendent, spiritual, non-sensuous colours.” On a similar note (again, I will elaborate at length later on), I will say the following – I do not object to Spengler’s cyclical theory of history. I do not even view it as black-pilling. Nations, cultures, and civilisations rise and fall. As long as the Hyperborean Spirit is alive and well (i.e. as long as the European blood survives), I am glad. Whichever culture or civilisation that Spirit gives expression to is of secondary importance. Thus, it is not over; it is just a new beginning. Onwards!

Physiognomy – Essentials First and foremost – yes, we should endeavour to be as handsome as possible. Beauty is good. However, physiognomy is more complex than simply viewing being beautiful as being good. Physiognomy can tell us a great deal about a person’s character. On a personal note, I am always most interested in the eyes. Or, more specifically, the intensity in someone’s gaze. I look at a young potential talent and ask myself: How much Divine Energy does he have? How hungry for life is he? Is he someone who participates in whichever endeavour is the most compelling and heroic, or is he someone more comfortable on the side-lines? Does he have the humility to submit himself to a higher power and path? Does he have the passion for it? Once, I saw a young Swedish guy going into the gym. He looked apathic, bored, disinterested. I got angry. I wanted to go up to him and shake him ferociously. Through a supreme effort of will, I refrained from doing so. Instead, I vowed to do my utmost to ignite a fire in as many of my kinsmen as possible. This depressing experience can be juxtaposed against the joy I feel when I encounter a Sensitive Young Man with keen eyes and a great enthusiasm for life. On another personal note, there are perhaps some women who find me somewhat handsome in a plain way on a good day. As long as my wife finds me handsome, I am happy. I do not care overly much beyond that. What I do care greatly about, however, is to cultivate an inner landscape that radiates through my eyes. I want my eyes to be on fire to the extent that other men who are on our side can believe in the greatness and legitimacy of my vision. “The eyes are the window to your soul.” The eyes are the most important aspect of physiognomy. Other aspects can serve as an indicator of health. A good jawline is the result of a good diet growing up (simply put). Good skin is the result of a healthy lifestyle. And so on. These things are interesting and can be used to explain certain phenomena – a healthy mind in a healthy body! For those who want to go deeper, the eyes must be the focus. I recently posted about Julius Evola. A psycho-physiognomic analysis of the good baron shows a sense of destiny in his eyes. This is the important part. “Great Angel, how to attain an inner fire that radiates through my eyes?” Submit to a higher cause, and you will attain Divine Blessings. I could elaborate at length, but that is the short answer. Onwards!

Physiognomy Analysis – Spengler & Evola I am almost done with the first volume of Decline of the West by Oswald Spengler. I will elaborate on it at length in the next episode of The Greatest Podcast. As for now, I just have to note the following: Spengler is, for lack of a better way to put it, quite hostile to the Classical (Apollonian) Soul. Usually, when people are hostile to the Classical World (i.e. Ancient Greece and Rome) and to the European Middle Ages, they are often in a poor physical shape. Right enough, Spengler suffered from a heart condition. He was even exempt from service during WW1. A few words about his physiognomy – highly intelligent, but also bitter, brooding, sceptical. Not life-affirming, not high-thumos. Someone not keen on praising others. Contrast this against Evola. In Evola we see a man of action as well as contemplation – a man in good physical condition. An accomplished mountaineer and mage. Evola served in WW1. In his eyes we see timeless wisdom. Physiognomy aside, Spengler was wrong in making a distinction between the Classical (Apollonian) and the Western (Faustian) Soul. They are the same Soul and the highest aim of this Soul is glory (a yearning for infinity would merely be an expression of the yearning for glory). This Soul is named the Aryan Soul. For the Aryan Soul, there is nothing better than glory and nothing worse than shame. Achilles, Alexander, the Roman Emperors, the Norman conquerors, Gustav Adolf the Great, Frederick the Great, Napoleon – the list goes on. The same spirit imbued all of them. As Dominique Venner (in The Shock of History) so eloquently put it in regard to the Iliad: “Of the need for glory that pulls men up to the height of the gods.” Spengler was wrong in making a distinction between the Classical and the Western in another way as well. We now know (thanks to archaeogenetics) that there is a continuation of blood stretching back into the mists of time. As I have noted before, Europeans are (simply put) made up of three population groups: Western Hunter-Gatherers, Anatolian Neolithic Farmers, and Aryans (often referred to as Indo-Europeans or Western Steppe-Herders). Biospiritually speaking, the Aryan component is the most interesting one – Evola understood this with perfect clarity. This Aryan spirit has been present in Europe since the the Aryans merged with the Early European Farmers (EEF = a combination of Anatolian Neolithic Farmers and Western Hunter-Gatherers). We could actually go further back in time than this but that will be for another time. The Aryan spirit can (among other ways) materialise in the form of Divine Heroes and in the form of Imperium. Examples of the former are Alexander and Theodoric. Examples of the latter are the Roman Empire and the Holy Roman Empire of the Middle Ages. Thus, there is no break between the Classical and the Western. They are one and there is a continuity of blood and spirit connecting them. Indeed, connecting all of Europe. Another observation that I thought to share in order to illustrate a difference between Spengler and Evola is the following: Spengler erroneously states that yellow and red are “the colours of the crowd, of children, of women, and of savages.” Evola correctly notes that red is a regal colour. Fatherhood advice 💪🌞⚡ I walk until she (my beautiful baby Sigrid) falls asleep, then I find a place to read. Then I continue walking when she wakes up. 'tis a good way to combine activities! I.e, being out with the baby and getting some reading done. To be even more productive, you can stop at an outdoor gym (if you are fortunate enough to have access to one) for some sets of chins and dips as well! As for the book itself. I am halfway through the first volume. I will share my critique (at length) later on!

Since we are on the subject of the Sensitive Man, I thought to add what is perhaps his most important characteristic – sincerity. The coward hides behind irony and is afraid to stand up for his beliefs (if he even has any beliefs – most likely not). The Sensitive Man is sincere and forthright in his beliefs – he speaks the truth even if his voice shakes. Compassion is also a key component here. Whereas the soulless (i.e. people with little divine energy; those of the Liberal-Left, for example) are indifferent to the suffering of their kinsmen, the Sensitive Man always looks out for the wellbeing of his people. Compassion and conscientiousness go hand in hand. Man of the British Bell Beaker/British Bronze Age Culture He was found in Cowlam England. No dna testing to my knowledge so I had to use artistic license for the phenotypes. Many Beaker samples had brown and black hair but there were some blond haired samples as well. This included an Irish Bell Beaker sample with blond hair and brown eyes. I used him for phenotype inspiration. I could not find info on grave goods so I gave him a golden lunula which was found in Bronze Age Ireland, Britain, France, and Germany. No date was given for the skull (it was a sketch from an old British archeological book so no carbon dating) so there is a wide possible range from c. 2200 — c. 800 BC. His y haplogroup was most likely R1b like almost all British Bronze Age male samples. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 The English are angry. This is natural. I am angry too. We all are. Rioting may feel good in the short-term. Perhaps it sends a message to the system. However, this has been tried before. The French have a habit of rioting – not much happens as a result. The ruling elite laugh and salute each other with some fine champagne, secure in their knowledge that the people have let off some steam without hitting them where it hurts. Where does it hurt? Competition in the institutions of power. The English (and the Swedes, Germans – all of us) must use our anger wisely. Sweden is in a bad situation, but better than many other countries. In the 90s and early 00s, Sweden had a large Nationalist movement that was not afraid to take to the streets. This was not a winning strategy. The mass-immigration from the Third World continued – because those who wielded the levers of power willed it. What was a winning strategy was to focus on the political struggle. Now SD is the second largest party (per the latest national election). They are still not large enough to implement real change – but at least they are now in the halls of power. And they will hopefully have even more power come next election. I am not saying that it is necessary to form a new party – you can enter any existing party and work your way up. This is done all the time, there is no reason why patriotic men cannot do it. The Muslims do it with great success. The English are one of the greatest nations to ever exist – perhaps even the greatest. The key to English excellence is coming in ready to fight any kind of fight – not mindless aggression. Aggression, yes. Righteous anger, yes. But focused, precise, and disciplined. Adapting to the situation at hand – the Englishman fights as well in the snowy peaks of Central Asia as he does in the sweltering jungle or on the high seas. Now he finds himself on a different battlefield. One where violence will not be the key to victory. The real fight is in the institutions of power. The whole of Britain can burn, but unless good men reach these positions not much will change. How is this done? It is hard to say but the first step is to recognise how and where the battle is fought. My great hope is that England's finest young men accept the burden of responsibility and commit themselves fully to the righteous cause of saving their fair nation.
