Constant use of Smart phones can lead to a whole array of health issues to the human body. Here are some ways to prevent EMF radiation sickness.
1). Answering calls, use the loud speaker. Stop putting phone to your ears.
2). If not using phone or expecting calls, leave in Aeroplane mode.
3). Switch Bluetooth off and WiFi 🛜 if not in use.
4). Never use Bluetooth Airpods or ear pieces, only use wired if you have to.
5). When sleeping never leave smart phone on charge or under pillow. switch off smart phone and leave in another room.
For a good nights sleep, Put the phone down for at least 1-2 hours before bed, switch off WiFi 🛜 router, smart phone, and all other Bluetooth devices & gadgets you do not need to use while sleeping.
