Somedays it is difficult to witness the calamities and chaos happening in the world, and certainly, it can be a lonely path to choose the Truth when everyone around you seems to be embedded in the lies. ⁣ ⁣ We must remain vigilant and convicted in what we know to be true. We must train our minds to focus on our internal and spiritual selves and not get pulled into the hall of mirrors being presented to us. It’s a wonky world, a mad, angry and discombobulated mess of people following the maddening crowd. ⁣ ⁣ But you are not. You understand that what you “see” isn’t a true reflection of what God created humans to be and that some are just lost and others have fallen victim to the lies and choose to live in them, instead of knowing and choosing Truth. ⁣ ⁣ Put on your armor every day, for we are in a spiritual battle and we must retain the strength to stand firm in what we know to be true.

I find it highly disingenuous for people who post up memes and such, advocating for “suicide prevention and support” like “If you really care about suicide, you’ll share this post” and then tack on a damn phone number to help “save” someone. ⁣ ⁣ These posts and conversations absent of the discussion of how psychiatric drugs actually carry a black box label that warn they can cause suicidal ideation are worthless and in my opinion, virtue signaling. ⁣ ⁣ If you really care—do your damn research and get the whole story, not the one Pharma has told you. If you really care, talk to us survivors of psychiatric and Pharma abuse, so we can tell you about the horrors and human torture we endured—the akathasia, the 24/7 internal trembling, the brain on fire, the feeling of being pushed forward with the sound of jet engines roaring in our ears, the relentless panic, the feeling of being shaken awake when you just finally fell asleep at 6 in the morning, the feeling of being tasered like a cow, the brain zaps, the depth perception issues like the world exists at the end of a very long tunnel, the darkness….oh the darkness that consumes you. ⁣ ⁣ Misinformation my ass. ⁣ ⁣ I experienced it. ⁣ ⁣ Don’t talk to me about suicide prevention unless you’re willing to really step into the truth of what’s causing it. ⁣ ⁣ Post your damn memes. Act like you care. ⁣ ⁣ But those of us who survived it, we know the truth. ⁣

We must be careful not to politicize what is going on in the world, because at its core, evil seeks to confuse you. You can get lost applying labels, semantics, interpreting actions, and seeking meaning in everything you see and hear and there are unlimited rabbit holes to follow. But in the end remember it is a battle between the powers of darkness and evil against the powers of Truth and of Light. Pharma’s got some people over a barrel, engendering and causing illnesses that they can also treat you for as well, and so the cycle of abuse goes on and on and on and on…

I used to hate the doctors and therapists that told me I needed these drugs for my genetic “mental illness” and helped me stay on them for over 20 years. The “experts” that gaslighted me, who told me the very real side effects I was experiencing weren’t side effects, but were proof that I had mental illness. ⁣ ⁣ The doctor that used my physical withdrawal from benzodiazepines, which is worse than heroin withdrawal to diagnose me as bipolar, the one who kept me in a psych hospital for 18 days while I was strip searched and observed by them naked in a room by myself, like an animal, so they could document any “self harm” I’d done to myself. ⁣ ⁣ The professionals I trusted that lined me up like chattel to go to a glass window to have someone dispense my medications to me, my brain on fire and my body revolting against even breathing, all while I was in horrific withdrawal…but in their mind, I was bipolar. ⁣ ⁣ The experts that made me a drug addict. ⁣ ⁣ I used to hate them. ⁣ ⁣ Now I see they are also just victims of the horrors of Rockefeller medicine, brainwashed with the idealogies of a billion dollar industry intent on making people believe they are ill, when they are really just humans navigating human experiences. ⁣ ⁣ Listen to survivors of psychiatric abuse, because we are the guinea pigs, we are the test monkeys that made it out alive to tell our stories. ⁣ ⁣ I’m 7 years off and away from the hell of these drugs, and I see how this system works and how brainwashed our society is. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

When I was moving last year I found a book packed away in some boxes I must have ordered decades ago, while I was still married, called “The Peter Pan Syndrome, Men Who Have Never Grown Up. Did I read it? I don’t remember, because I was still under the shared fantasy with my husband of pretending to be in a relationship that was so insanely good, but one which caused me an immense amount of pain. If you’ve been in one of these relationships you know exactly what I’m talking about—the intense dating period, the passion, the cravings, the back and forth, the tension, the almost drug like high you felt like around this person, but as we all know now, these relationships were not based in Truth, and truth is essential to building and keeping a solid, sustainable relationship. Yes, narcissists are known for pathologically lying, but let’s take responsibility for the lies we told ourselves lest we continue to be perpetual victims to this crazy making. I clearly did not have a solid self esteem and good boundaries when we met, but you’d best believe I’m learning to make the most incredible lemonade now out of the cards thst I was dealt, and many cards that I chose. I heard what I wanted to hear and saw afar i wanted to see because I was not ready to step out of the fantasy and into the cold harsh world of reality, where ultimately I’m responsible for myself and my life’s outcomes. Please don’t be a victim, for if you remain one, your life force is still siphoning to them. Do the work to take ownership of yourself, your life and your choices and practice impeccable spiritual boundaries, where no one gets access to you until they have proven they can reciprocate your love and empathy back to you in a healthy way. Energy is reak, and so are energy vampires. Don’t feed them. In the end, this was never about them, it was about your own spiritual growth and journey, they were mereiy the trigger that started the initiation of your path, and now you get to decide what happens next.

Note to my younger self: Anytime you lead with your sexuality, you lose.

Your unprocessed trauma sits waiting for you, buried underneath symptoms of anxiety, hopelessness, ADHD, bipolar, borderline, disordered eating, inner rage, shame, deep sadness, and a host of other “mental illness” diagnoses so why do we believe that taking a drug will help us with the excavation of these things? To heal from trauma, you must step into consciousness and learn to be present with yourself, because trauma keeps you in a state of disassociation because being present doesn’t feel safe to you. A psychotropic, neurotoxic drug isn’t going to help with this, and more so, there are zero long term studies showing that they work to improve anyone’s mental health, but there are studies linking them to increased rates of dementia and Alzheimer’s. If they work for you—great. I’m not going to argue that point, but there are a lot of people who have been negatively affected by them in catastrophic and life altering ways.

I walk in the truth now, seven years off of all drugs, and fully away from the people and systems that sought to destroy me and realize now, I participated in a system that is embedded in lies and not in Truth We are gifted free will by God, and humans have the ability to choose Truth over lies and to walk in alignment for good in this world. No matter your trauma—you can always choose Truth. Do not ever allow evil to invert your reality.
