Mains 2024: Sleep Some of the candidates blame lack of sleep before the exam for their poor performance. But the problem is not lack of sleep but the lack of accumulated sleep. 7 nights are remaining for the Mains 2024. If you can accumulate good sleep( min 6 hrs Max 8 hrs) everyday then before the exam you will be able to survive with the bare minimum sleep(4 hrs).
