(2/2) 21 Sept 2024  CzechoSlovakia 🇨🇿🇸🇰 ▫️Mother and grandmother took the children to an erotic photo shoot. Sentences of up to 7.5 years were imposed The Hradec Králové Regional Court handed down unconditional sentences in the case of two abused siblings. A mother and grandmother who led a girl and a boy to a 60-year-old disabled man from Náchodsko to take pictures of them in erotic positions were sentenced to 7.5 and 5 years in prison. The court imposed a two-year sentence on the senior. The sentence is not final, three defense attorneys of the defendants appealed against it, and the public prosecutor kept the deadline. ▫️The judge illegally accused the raped girl that she herself is to blame for two years of suffering (UPDATE) A new documentary was created in the case of a stepfather who had been raping his stepdaughter for over two years. It was drawn up by the Supreme Court, which justified in detail its previous verdict that the condition for stepfathers was illegal. The mild sentence for the man aroused a strong reaction from the lay and professional public, the Minister of Justice Pavel Blažek (ODS) appealed to the Supreme Court with a successful complaint. It took approximately two years. A man from Vyškovsko raped his partner's minor daughter up to five times a week. Because of this, the girl tried to commit suicide, ended up in a psychiatric hospital, and even had to have an abortion. However, the judge of the Regional Court in Brno, Miroslav Novák, imposed only a suspended sentence on the stepfather, which provoked public opposition. The Supreme Court has now literally ripped apart the verdict. However, the Supreme Court cannot "speak" to the verdict imposed on the stepfather by the regional court. Only the Constitutional Court, where the whole case is headed, can change the sentence. A girl named Anička, who had been raped for a long time, filed a complaint against the verdict. It is not yet clear when he will rule on the case. » » - - - -N-E-E-D- -H-E-L-P-?- - -CzechoSlovakia:- - - - - - - - - - - - - - Urgent: police 158 or city police 156/CZ 159/SK| non-urgent: 112 Internet: , National Human Trafficking Helpline: telefonický kontakt: 0800 800 818 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Gloria Allred has previously been involved in a string of high-profile cases but the allegations levelled at the late billionaire Mohamed Al-Fayed could become her biggest to date. Ms Allred is representing former Harrods employees who claim they were raped and sexually assaulted by the tycoon, in what has been claimed is 'one of the worse cases of sexual exploitation the world has ever seen.' Multiple women have come forward to claim Al-Fayed sexually abused them in the Knightsbridge store and at his luxury properties in the UK and abroad. 'Underneath Harrods glitz and glamour was a toxic, unsafe, abusive environment. We say something was rotten at the core of Harrods.' She added: 'Al-Fayed's legacy was to prey upon, denigrate, humiliate and abuse female employees for his own sexual gratification.' ▫️Hull grooming gang: Alleged victims complain after police officers diverted to deal with summer riots Two young women who claim to have been repeatedly raped as part of an organised child sexual abuse ring have complained to Humberside Police after being told officers from their investigation have been diverted to deal with cases from the summer riots. West Midlands Police said it had received a report of a child being abused at a place of worship on Queen Mary's Road between 2013 and 2018. The man, 35, was detained on Thursday and remains in custody for questioning on suspicion of helping a suspect avoid arrest. Officers said they wanted to hear from anyone else who may have been subject to abuse or who could assist with inquiries. ▫️Hundreds more sex-abuse victims of Mohamed Al Fayed could be out there, lawyers fear - after late Harrods boss was allowed to use luxury department store as a 'sex-trafficking centre' There could be hundreds more sex-abuse victims of Mohamed Al Fayed because the late Harrods boss was allowed to use the luxury department store as a ‘sex-trafficking centre’ for decades, lawyers said last night. Al Fayed, who died at 94 in August last year, has been accused of dozens of sex attacks by at least 20 women who worked at the luxury shop in Knightsbridge, west London. Lawyers claim Harrods organised and hid her trafficking and that of other women, which included HIV tests and gynaecological exams by doctors. ‘Young women were recruited, supposedly to work in “executive positions”, and were then transferred to various places and countries where they claim to have been subjected to depraved and prolonged sexual exploitation and abuse,’ Mr Meeran said. ▫️'Mohamed Al-Fayed was a monster': Harrods tycoon's 'vast web of abuse' laid bare as lawyers liken 'horrific' rape allegations to Jimmy Savile and Jeffrey Epstein scandals Lawyers representing the former Harrods employees who claim they were raped and sexually assaulted by late billionaire Mohamed Al-Fayed have described him as 'a monster' as they laid bare today his 'vast web of abuse'. It comes as multiple women came forward to claim the late Egyptian businessman sexually abused them in the Knightsbridge store and at his luxury properties in the UK and on foreign trips abroad. So horrific was the alleged abuse suffered at the hands of Al-Fayed, lawyers representing his victims have compared him to sexual predators Jimmy Savile and Jeffrey Epstein. Five women have said they were raped by the Harrods tycoon, who died last year aged 94, and a further 20 female employees allege he sexually assaulted them. But lawyers today warned the true extent of Al-Fayed's alleged offending could go further, 'with victims all over the world' - with investigations now taking place into other businesses owned by Al-Fayed, such as Fulham Football Club. ▫️Now Fulham FC and Paris Ritz are probed in Harrods sex scandal over fears Mohamed Al-Fayed could have abused more women Fulham FC and the Paris Ritz are now being probed for victims of Mohamed Al-Fayed's 'predatory behaviour' - as lawyers warned the investigation into the suspected sex fiend would likely go global. Five women have claimed they were raped by the Harrods tycoon, who died last year aged 94, and a further 20 female employees allege Al-Fayed sexually assaulted them. 'Monster' Al-Fayed allegedly forced some of his victims to take sexual health tests and left them 'petrified' while attempting to abuse them - with Harrods now standing accused of covering up the rape claims levelled against Al-Fayed.
