Good Morning Patriots. My family could use some Prayers and positive vibes right now. Both of my Grandfathers are not doing well and declining quickly. My Dad who just had Back and Knee surgery is currently flying home to be with his father. My dad is not in any shape to be traveling and is currently using a walker to ambulate. My mother has a serious low back injury that is hindering her ability to take care of my sister and father. A lot of things hitting us at once. Nothing we can’t handle as a family but definitely could use some Prayer and Support! 🙏🙏🙏 👊🏽👊🏽🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️❤️

I have been hesitant to post this as if it might bring bad luck, but I trust God and not any luck. Please pray for our baby. If you’ve followed me a while, you may know by now that my wife has had miscarriages. Well, we’ve had 4 of them since having our two boys. One required a D&C because she was 14 weeks along. Right now we are 10 weeks 6days. Please pray God keep our baby safe and protect him or her through this pregnancy so that they grow healthy and strong to full term and beyond. I’m not too sure I can handle my wife’s response if we have another one, especially as we are getting toward 2nd trimester again. The power of prayer is real. Please lift up this baby to God!

Finally, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many” Mark 10:45. Even Jesus washed His disciples feet. He taught us to care more about others, even people we don’t know, than ourselves. Can you say you’re trying to do that?

None of us are perfect and we fall short in all areas, but God knows the heart. Are you trying to be who He intends you to be? I love you guys!

I will share more on church later, but suffice it to say that Jesus commanded us to be part of community with each other. You don’t have to be in a brick and mortar church, but Christians are part of THE church. We are meant to have other Christians in our life to keep each other accountable, to grow together, to walk together in the community of Christ. We were never meant to be loner Christians. That just doesn’t work as Jesus intended. And remember, we are all sinners! If you judge Jesus based on His church of sinners, you are missing the point. Jesus is perfect and He uses the imperfect to accomplish His mission of reconciling humanity to God. When things happen in church, don’t leave forever, find another one to go to or find other Christian brothers and sisters to fellowship with! Don’t try to do it alone! It’s spiritual WARfare and you can’t win a war alone!

I’ve shared this before, but the Great Commission to tell others about Jesus is THE mission. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”” Matthew 28:19-20 NASB1995 This is an absolute must! And it’s easy if you love Jesus! It’s always easy to talk about things you love!

“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15 Do we really need anyone else’s approval? And being that His is the only approval that really matters, are you doing your best to be who He wants you to be? Are you speaking with Him everyday? Are you telling others about Jesus? Are you going to church? Are you serving others and not only yourself? These things are necessary and expected of God’s people. Every day, seek to put a smile on God’s face and you will do well.

Prayer is essential for a deep relationship with God. Don’t seek to make a show of it as the Pharisees did. Find your quiet place and just talk to God. The words don’t have to be elegant. Just be you and talk with your abba, your dad! He knows your full heart anyway and when you pray, the Holy Spirit prays for you as well.

I think these last few years have been a message from God to the world that we cannot put trust in man. It’s been a reminder that when we do, we are always let down. But, if we trust in God, he will always make good on His promises to us! “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6 ”if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.“ II Chronicles 7:14
