Hello all. Here are Public Administration paper 2 notes. I have been stalling this for quite some time as these are the notes that I'm least proud of, this wouldn't even count as duct tape. Let's call it safety pin, somehow managing to hold fort. But since many of you have been asking, here they are. I've already mentioned the sources above.

Hello everyone, We hope all of you are doing great. The past few months have been very eventful with last minute revision, the prelims, results etc. We’ve all found ourselves feeling low and high, lost and hopeful. In these tough times, if there’s one consolation for us, it’s the idea that we are not alone in this.  To provide all the aspirants with much needed mental health support and help them access resources, we have started UPSC Fundamentally, an initiative aimed at creating a safe space for aspirants to discuss and address their mental health issues.  In this regard, we are organising our first introductory session in collaboration with MINDS Foundation. (). The session intends to initiate an interactive dialogue with the community on the mental health aspect of the exam. It will be held in the  eveningof the 17th of this month that is Wednesday. We will inform you about the exact time soon. We strongly urge you to attend, whether to discuss a specific issue or simply to listen. Kindly fill out the attached Google Form and do let us know if there’s a specific issue that you’d like the session to address.  Do reach out to us if there’s anything that you need help with. You can email us at  . We hope to see you all there, and hope it helps!

This is the data set which I had created from newspapers. It is organised themewise.Earlier one was topicwise.

This can be used as reference for the kind of data that can be used in Mains answers. You can quickly check the data points if there has been any update and on similar lines find such memorisable data. More importantly begin using it in you tests so that it comes to you in the exam also. (Thanks Pulkit)

Hello everyone. This next document is the pdf of my most important notebook. As much as we want to claim that you don’t clear this examination through rote learning, it will be unfortunate if you don’t practise recollecting specific points for certain schemes/topics that are asked directly in the exam. This exercise of just jotting down points randomly on various topics in this notebook on a daily basis in the gap between Prelims and Mains helped in recollecting points for Mains answers. Many questions are not really analysis based, and if you remember specific points: 1. It saves time 2. It will give an impression that you’ve read the topic 3. You can use your analytical skills in questions that actually demand them 4. It increases your confidence (and what is life if not a mind game no? :P Okay last life gyan, promise) You can also make such a notebook. Only rule being everything you write in it is purely off memory. You can be more systematic and make it subject wise also. Crazily experiment with this book! This is the one tip I wish I followed in my first Mains instead of being cocky about my abilities to crack this exam without memorising things.

Hello everyone. I have worded this document way too many times last year. I’ve imagined clearing this exam (albeit with a rank 4, that’s a story for another time), I’ve imagined the Toppers’ Talk, I’ve imagined the look of triumph that my parents would have. And then came 4th of August 2020. W...

THIS IS NOT ACADEMIC AT ALL. I wanted to share this on the day of the prelims result. I'm sorry I'm a tad bit late. Here it is for anyone who needs it. Hang in there. :)

This can also be used as a reference for how to revise ARC reports. Makesuch concise notes that you can revise a day before the exam without being intimidated.
