🌱Dont Take STRESS. Half of your health related issue will arise due to taking stress everytime. This includes Overthinking. Taking stress will not help you in anything. Try to find a solution . The more you start accepting & solving life related issue , the more you will be able to live a Peaceful life.
🌱Stop Any Type of ADDICTION. Control your mind. It will automatically control your body. Doing something that is not good for your health or blaming yourself daily after doing that thing is of no use.
