Chicken Pies
Ingredients:
• milk - 250g
• flour - 3,5 cups
• egg - 1 unit
• butter - 40g
• salt - 1 tsp.
• sugar - 2 tsp.
• active dry yeast - 1 tsp.
Stuffing:
• chicken thighs - 2 pcs.
• boiled egg - 1 unit.
• salt, pepper, dill - to taste
• egg (for brushing) - 1 unit
Method:
1. Sift a cup of flour into a bowl, add yeast and mix well. Stirring, pour warm milk in a thin stream, mix.
2. Melt the butter, mix with salt, sugar and egg, add to the dough. Add flour and knead the dough, cover and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Boil chicken thighs until tender, remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones, shred the meat, salt and pepper. Add an egg grated on a grater and 2-3 tbsp. chicken broth.
4. Form pies, put them on a baking tray. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes, then brush with egg and put in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for another 30 minutes.
